This product is made of jesmonite and mineral powder pigments which are unharmful for health or environment. Jesmonite is an eco-friendly material which is solvent and VOC free, however, please be aware that finished products are not tested for food safety. They can be used for decorative tableware; however, we would not recommend you place food or liquids onto the finished jesmonite products.

Please keep in mind that the colouring process is also handmade, and the colour of each product may slightly differ from another. Also due to variations of colour settings and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, it is unavoidable that colours will appear differently for everyone.

Candles are made by 100% pure soy wax and wooden wick, we don't use paraffin.

All our products are made to order, and all the orders are shipped between 3-5 business days. After dispatch, the delivery time may vary according to Royal Mail delivery services. We prefer working with Royal Mail because Royal Mail already has the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel of any major UK delivery company.

If you change your mind and want to return your order, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us before you send it back to us so that we can manage the process.

If you receive a damaged product please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make it up you. You don’t have to send it back to us, you can ask for a refund or a replacement.

Wipe clean with a non-abrasive damp cloth. Do not put in dishwasher.

Both concrete and jesmonite are durable and strong materials but they can break when dropped.

Inner surfaces are sealed with stone varnish which creates a waterproof layer inside the products protecting it from wax, water, and soil but prolonged exposure may lead to change in colour. It is recommended to use a liner for using the products as plant pots.

Outer surfaces are protected with ultra matt water-based varnish and it limits the stains but they shouldn’t be left standing in water, outdoor in rain or under the sun as the appearance may change.
